Whether via phone, email, chat, or social media channels, our Customer Care team provides ‘round the clock support for Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, HauteLook and millions of Nordstrom card holders.
As a Communications Operator….
You will provide outstanding customer service by responding efficiently and accurately to incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. A desktop computer is used to look up information on various stores, departments and employees.
Hours of Operation: 5:30am-10:30pm PST
Shifts: Full-time positions available, times will vary upon business need. Schedule flexibility is required and expected.
Training: Monday - Friday for 2 weeks (required)
