Job Description

Kelly Services is assisting a growing client of ours that is seeking Customer Service-Sales Support Representatives for permanent, full-time positions in their downtown Boston office. This is a great position for anyone looking to build on their customer service experience while working in a fast-paced corporate environment. The successful applicants for this position must have strong customer service skills, good telephone etiquette, and ability to navigate with ease on a computer.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answering phone calls from existing & prospective customers across the country
• Data Entry & E-mail Correspondence
• Processing orders & special shipments
• Ability to work well independently & in a team environment

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1-5 year's customer service (call center, retail, food & beverage, hospitality, restaurant, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Familiarity with computers and navigating with ease
• High School Diploma or GED required

SHIFT: 
• Seven (7) day availability required with a rotating five (5) day schedule; shift times are-
1) 9:00AM-6:00PM
1) 3:00PM-Midnight (Candidates with availability for this shift in high demand)

PAY:
• $15.00/hour-***OVERTIME AVAILABLE***

LOCATION:

• Downtown Boston (Accessible by all T-Lines)
