Do you have a passion for finding top talent and making an impact within your organization? QMC is seeking a Recruiter who will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting across all locations within the Company. The essential functions of the job include:

  • Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Screens resumes, interviews candidates, administers appropriate assessments, makes recommendations for hire and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.
  • Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates
  • Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, medical schools/ career fairs, community network events and etc. to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Develops advertising programs (internal & external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
  • Manages internal transfer/promotion processes, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring managers
  • Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
  • Develops and maintains key report
  • Develops and maintains excellent relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
  • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g. benefits, compensation)
  • Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/ state laws and regulations.
  • Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provides reporting on key metrics

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Two years of recruitment related experience
  • Proficiency with recruitment related software and database mining
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Keen eye for spotting top talent
  • Must possess a sense of urgency
  • Must be open to travelling to other offices and functions as needed (10-15%)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
