Primary job duty is to find new business opportunities to hand off to the sales department. As a BDR you will prospect directly
by phone and email, set up and conduct short intro/discovery calls, and use our B.A.N.T. criteria process to qualify each company.

About the BDR Role:
Conduct high volume of outbound/inbound calls and emails to identify qualified leads. Achieve monthly quotas of qualified
Opportunities. Advance your sales career through demonstrated results. Appointment setting for our Sales Department.
A competitive drive to meet and exceed individual and team quota. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. 6+ months of successful telemarketing and prospecting experience. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Strong problem solving skills.
Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude. Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment. Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with a successful product sale. Ability to give presentations regarding an overview of our company.
Ability to learn fast, be creative, and think outside the box. Good time management with strong organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree. Previous prospecting or sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed goals set by the company.
