Red Dot Storage, located in Louisville, CO., is a high-growth, technology focused property management company seeking customer driven individuals be a part of our amazing team. Collaborate with field supervisors to deliver top quality customer care to our nationwide tenants

We are growing fast and adding people to our Customer Service/Property Management team. Our call center is open Monday-Saturday 6am – 8pm and Sunday 8am-4:30pm, we have staggered shifts throughout the work days. You get to partner with Field Supervisors to deliver safe, simple storage solutions and are empowered to make decisions that impact our business.  

 

Who we are looking for? We are looking for someone who:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience making business decisions
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Consistently meets quality assurance and other performance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills. Possesses the ability to adapt and solve problems within a fast-paced environment
  • Fun to work with, positive attitude, and a true team player
  • Self-starter, reliable and self-accountable
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, within the call center operating hours

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking both inbound and outbound calls and following up on many customer related items (e.g. balance discrepancies, maintenance updates, sales & customer inquiries, introductory calls, etc.)
  • Assisting other team members in sending out various projects (invoices, rate increase letters, etc.)
  • Educating new customers on company processes during Move-In’s and Integrations
  • Maintaining customer database by entering and updating information accurately for new and stabilized facilities in our CRM (Reviewing leases, reviewing credit card failures, etc.)
  • Collaborating with Field Supervisors for property and customer related items.
