Performs review of process documentation to ensure completion. Reviews customer complaints and inputs into corrective and preventative actions. Assists in troubleshooting to determine root cause analysis of problems. Preparation of quality reports, quality records, and input into process improvement system.Prepares analysis of process capabilities and assists in process improvements. May interface with customers regarding issues of quality. Presents quality issues at management review meetings. Interfaces with regulatory bodies and ISO organization regarding issues of certification. Will be required to perform audits, system audits, and proactive quality system improvements.
Bachelor of Science degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Must have minimum of 3 years experience in quality systems.
Must have minimum of 3 years experience in electronics assembly.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word).
Must have strong computer skills.
Must have strong knowledge of IPC standards.
Must have knowledge of CFR 820 & 10CFR50.
Thorough understanding of ISO standards, code of federal regulations, and regulator issues concerning business.
Requires good judgement and good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Current certifications IPC 610 and J Std required.
