JOB DETAILS Job Title: IT Support Technician Reports to: IT Support Supervisor Location: 8211 Cypress Plaza Drive, Jacksonville, FLÂ 32256 Business Unit: City Facilities Management (FL) LLC Employment type: Full Time JOB PURPOSE The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing support for all propriety mobile applications and portals, as well as all aspects of desktop, phone and support. RESPONSIBILITIES Investigate, diagnose and analyze mobile application faults Liaise with app developers in order to resolve mobile app faults Provide telephone support on the Information Technology Help Desk. Support the Company software Install software upgrades and installations Install and configure desktop hardware installations, updates and support Support iPhones and iPads Provide out of hours support, when required (on call hours) EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Diploma Experience: This position requires experience with desktop systems and communications devices using current technologies . Desired Skills: Windows 10 - Office 2016 Support - Office 365 Administration â€“ iPad and iPhone Support - Excellent Troubleshooting Skills â€“ Strong Customer Service Skills â€“ Outstanding Communications Skills Working Hours: Normal working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. This role requires occasional work hours. Participation in on call rotation is required.
