Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator you will proactively work as part of the Naked Lime Marketing division of Reynolds and Reynolds to provide monthly marketing services to assigned dealership accounts. You will assist your team with assigned accounts via telephone and email to ensure that monthly marketing campaigns and strategies are customized and optimized to achieve maximum effectiveness.

Your specific duties will include assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of channels such as direct mail, email, texts, landing pages and newsletters. To ensure the success of our advertising efforts, you will use our internal software to track the effectiveness of each campaign on a monthly basis. In this role, you will be the liaison of your team working on a variety of marketing projects for each client. If you are looking for a fast paced, creative oriented role, this position is for you!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree – marketing or business-related major, preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience, preferred
  • Detail and team oriented
  • Highly organized
