The individual will spend 8 weeks in a training program preparing them for an opportunity to get a pre-sales position.

Responsibilities include successfully completing a comprehensive training program covering, but not limited to:

  • Warehouse
  • Delivery
  • Craft Department
  • Non-Alcoholic Department
  • Sales – On Premise, Convenience and Grocery

 

Upon completion of the training, until you are assigned a route, you will be responsible for providing route coverage when an assigned Sales Representative is on vacation. Also to provide sales support in the BDC market by working with Sales Representatives handing POS and other marketing materials, assisting in account resets, etc. Other responsibilities are:

  

  • Maximize distribution of all brands and packages as well as secure the best possible selling position for our products within our convenience department.
  • Execute company strategies and tactics utilizing marketing tools and practices.
  • Assist in development of new customer and market growth.
  • Ensure constant communications with key customers decision makers to optimize our relationship.
  • Keep current with all industry and market information.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams.
  • Have a sense of urgency and commitment as well as an ability and desire to make things happen.
  • An ability to work effectively in a commission environment. 
  • Other duties based on business need and as assigned by management.
