The Customer Service Representative receives, processes, and directs calls from customers acting as the first point of contact to take orders, answer questions, suggest products, resolve conflict, and take payments. We are looking for an organized individual that is detail oriented and has the ability to successfully multi-task. Must possess excellent verbal, written and computer skills.
Needs strong decision making and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
