Our Havre de Grace call center is currently looking for part-time, high-performing, customer service-oriented applicants who are outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking on the phone with multiple people on a daily basis.

 

If you have a strong work ethic, a solid customer-oriented sales philosophy, and the drive to succeed, the Telemarketing/Customer Service Representative position may be right for you!

 

Essential Functions:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to every prospective customer
  • Call “warm” leads (i.e. individuals who have expressed a genuine interest in solar power)
  • Inform potential customers about the company and the solar products offered
  • Determine scheduling eligibility of potential customers
  • Schedule qualified appointments for in-home demonstrations
  • Reschedule cancelled appointments
  • Track all leads and appointment results in our database management system
  • Meet or exceed pre-determined performance goals and sales quotas

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Basic database management knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High energy, professional phone presence
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Very comfortable in a fast-paced environment, while striving to meet performance and sales goals
  • Performance and results motivated
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and be highly flexible, particularly when working with other team members
  • Previous call center experience, in addition to the previously listed essential qualifications, is a PLUS!
