Job Title:  Help Desk Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Reports To:  Team Leader

Location:  8211 Cypress Plaza Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32256

Business Unit:  City Facilities Management (FL) LLC

Employment Type:  Full Time

JOB PURPOSE

The Help Desk CSR is responsible for answering inbound calls and initiating outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, and acts as liaison between field associates and store managers to ensure all maintenance jobs are completed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Strong attention to detail

Outstanding analytical skills

Ability to manage high call volume

Capacity to work independently on a team

Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to liaison with field associates and vendors in order to prioritize calls

 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma

Previous Customer Service Experience

Knowledge of or experience in retail/customer service

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite & Word

 Working knowledge of Excel
