This is a great opportunity to get in at the ground level of a major digital transformation journey, based in high growth Georgetown, Texas!  Leverage your digital marketing experience to its fullest from website development and maintenance, to search engine optimization, search engine marketing, content creation, knowledge and contact database management, through to analytics.  We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy, positive outlook individual to lead our digital marketing efforts.  Someone with broad digital marketing skills and experience in a B2B environment, including ecommerce, web development, project management and creative digital copywriting, design, and content marketing.  You must be a team player with excellent communication skills.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning, design, optimization, maintenance, measurement and reporting of AirBorn’s website, ecommerce, click-to-customer-service, and demand generation programs to increase brand awareness and preference, generate qualified leads, improve customer service, increase ecommerce and offline sales, and deepen customer engagement across all lines of AirBorn’s business. You will provide influential leadership to our Marcom, Digital Transformation, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Executive team members, as well as outside vendors, in order to achieve this objective. This position does not have direct reports.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong website development experience; Experience in website management/HTML/content management systems
  • Proven track record of delivering multifaceted, digitally driven campaigns from strategy through execution and leveraging data to drive strategic direction and optimize marketing programs. Portfolio demonstrating work, analytics and metrics will be required as part of the interview process
  • Strong, creative digital copywriting, design, content marketing, and verbal communication skills required
  • Exceptional project management skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, focus, lead, influence and delegate
  • Must have proven ability to translate customer insights into successful digital marketing programs and a high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate to customers
  • Preferred experience with Oracle cloud applications including Service, CPQ, Commerce, and Eloqua or similar
  • Knowledge of Adobe products (Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign & DreamWeaver) a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications or related field
  • Industry experience is NOT required
