Billing Customer Service Representative:

The Billing Support team, operating in a very fast-paced call center environment, supports customers and resolves billing issues via emails and incoming phone calls. Multiple shifts are available, including nights and weekends.

Individual will work in the call center supporting customers with billing issues via phone/email. Your job will be answering incoming emails and phone calls received from our customers and other people regarding their accounts. Job can be fast paced and the stress level can be high.

We expect you to have basic computer and internet skills, and we will train on our company's products.


Minimum Requirements:
•High-school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
•Ability to handle high stress in a fast paced environment
•Strong oral and written communications skills
•Customer Service satisfaction skills
•Patience and ability to understanding customers and their needs
•Computer usage and Microsoft applications
•Ability to work in a team environment
•Ability to communicate Billing processes clearly
•Knowledge of PC and the Internet
•Knowledge of FTP, POP, MS Outlook
•Must have a proactive approach to upselling products and services after evaluating the customer’s needs. Must be confident enough to promote and sell packages to existing customers, and help reach sales goals for the department.

Preferred (but not required) Skills:
•Linux knowledge
•SAP knowledge
•Bi-Lingual speaking and writing abilities are always a plus
•Collections experience
•Data entry experience
•One year sales experience preferred, but not mandatory
