Responsibilities and Duties

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to our prospective customers. With each call, you will be expected to use a consultative sales approach as you build trust and rapport, learning about the customers’ needs. As you listen and confirm the customer’s needs, you will explain the right solution for their crowd control needs and confidently ask for the order. In addition, you will be required to overcome objectives and meet a monthly quota.

  • Take inbound phone calls and call leads from our website leads, with a goal to achieve company targets.
  • Maintain product knowledge and be able to guide customers to our best solution for their needs; we use a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Drive to excel and to maximize your earnings, we only want real salespeople.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Professional appearance, articulate, fast learner, ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Persuasive and comfortable asking for the sale
  • Comfortable working with business to business sales
  • Basic computer skills

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communications preferred but not required
  • 1 to 3 years consultative sales experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of cold calling, prospecting experience ideal.

Benefits

Position includes a competitive base salary plus commissions. After 90 days, you will receive a salary review. Full Commissions program will apply after 30 days. Excellent monthly bonus incentive and contests throughout the year. Paid time off, Major medical insurance, vision, and life insurance (eligible after 90 days). Dental available at your own expense. 401(K) after 1 year of employment. Supplemental insurance for critical illness and accidents (after 90 days).

Salary: $70,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
