Our team is seeking to add Organic Search Specialists (SEO) to our growing team. This Organic Search Professional will report to our Lead SEO Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day management of organic search marketing initiatives for an array of e-commerce stores. We are searching for a talented and creative individual with experience in search engine optimization and search engine marketing to join our team. This candidate should be comfortable with all aspects of internet marketing, but must be passionate about SEO. Day-to-day duties may include performing analysis, as well as creating comprehensive high level SEO strategies based on sound research, our proprietary tools and the client’s overall goals. You will be responsible for the execution of recommendations.


About the SEO Specialist Role:


  • Analyze client websites and define effective strategies for achieving their SEO goals
  • Manage the implementation of recommendations
  • Deliver accurate, timely reporting Principal Duties
  • Lead the SEO discussions in client meetings
  • Communicate with clients frequently
  • Follow the SEO Process/Methodologies to create effective deliverables for each client
  • Continually improve your understanding of SEO
  • Answer junior staff questions about tools and best practices
  • Pursue mastery in the tools and technology that we use in analysis and execution
  • Produce accurate and timely monthly reports

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in analysis, critical thinking, problem solving
  • Experience creating and presenting campaign reports including ROI, conversion rates
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines while keeping a professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated, independent, proactive
  • Experience with keyword research/data mining tools and competitive analysis
  • Experience in ecommerce required
  • Knowledge of HTML and HTTP required
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce
  • Google Analytics Certification (will be required within initial 90 days if candidate does not hold current certification)
